Yes, we make custom models using your blueprints or 3D CAD files.

We recently delivered several 1:25 scale static models to Electro-Motive Diesels of LaGrange, IL of their SD70ACS export locomotives. These locomotives are in SAR Railways of Saudi Arabia livery.

The process involved taking EMD's 3D CAD models and splitting the components out for CNC machining, 3D printing, and laser cutting. The frames, internal truck blocks, and long hood body components were machined from 6061 aluminum. The truck frames, cabinet doors, vents, plows and other details were cast resin. We molded 3D Objet prints and CNC milled patterns in RTV silicone rubber. Each model is 35.875" long. The windows are lasercut acrylic.
